Alumni have many ways to get involved in the life of the Alumni Association. Volunteer to serve in a range of capacities—from recruiting new students to sponsoring a student during winter term to serving on a committee. The Alumni Association has something for everyone.

The Office of Alumni Engagement partners with many administrative offices on campus to provide a range of services and resources of interest to alumni.

The Alumni Association seeks to unite graduates with each other and current students through a range of programs, events, and services.
Support Oberlin
Giving to Oberlin College is as simple as mailing a check, filling out an online form, or donating a collectible. The Office of Advancement works with the donors and volunteers who help sustain Oberlin.

Career Exploration and Development
Students and recent alumni benefit from such Career Exploration and Development services as career exploration, experiential and internship opportunities, skill building workshops, and more.
Leadership and Administration
Oberlin’s president, along with the Board of Trustees and the Office of the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary are part of the leadership and administration. The president is responsible for the effective administration and operation of the college.
Alumni-Elected Trustees
Oberlin is unusual among liberal arts colleges in that six of the 29 to 37 seats on its board of trustees are filled through direct election by alumni. Each year alumni can vote for an alum to serve in this capacity.
